Colour 🌈 : Light Copper

Nose👃🏼 : Chocolate caramel, sherried fruit peel, cinnamon, marzipan, orange peel and almonds

Taste 👅 : Sangria fruits, marzipan, chocolate, red fruits, cinnamon and ginger spice

Finish 🏁 : Incredibly dry red wine finish

Thoughts 💭 : This spent 10 years in ex bourbon Hogshead refill casks meaning little bourbon flavour met the whisky, leaving more distillery flavours in the mix and then it met the Italian Barolo cask for 2 years. This has lead to an incredibly sweet and fruity whisky full of fantastic depth and flavours. A very interesting dram, give it a try if you can.
