Taste 👅 : Creamy shortbread comes through, vanilla ice cream, sugar barley, lemon zest, orange peel, root vegetables and spicy ginger

Finish 🏁 : Flapjacks with custard, cornflakes and oil

Thoughts 💭 : Pretty tasty dram but very typical Waterford flavours coming through with a little bit extra sweetness and root vegetable taste coming through. It’s definitely an interesting dram and probably one of Waterford’s better offerings which is probably why they’ve made it their core bottling. It’s probably closer to the Gaia in terms on flavour profile within the range
