Nose👃🏼 : Creamy golden syrup porridge, pear drops, pineapple, hay, barley and honey

Taste 👅 : Honeyed barley, syrup flapjacks and cracked black pepper

Finish 🏁 : Black pepper, ripe pears and dry oak

Thoughts 💭 : It’s quite a nice dram despite the lack of complexity the flavour is still pleasant. It’s by no means my favourite of the Waterfords and not one I’d be rushing to purchase but it’s all down to personal tastes
