Colour 🌈 : Gold

Nose👃🏼 : Sweet sandy beaches with a smoky beach bbq, there’s some smoked pulled pork amongst it. Crumbly shortbread lingers behind the smoke along with saline and brine

Taste 👅 : Waves of beach campfire smoke, cracked sea salt and then the classic creamy shortbread flavours from the distillery. Some vanilla fudge is hiding in there before cracked black pepper spice emerges

Finish 🏁 : Some lingering spice, the peat smoke dies down and you’re left with crumbly butter shortbread and some milk chocolate

Thoughts 💭 : Actually a pretty pleasant peaty dram, I think the sweetness of Waterford really works well with the smoke. Although there’s not many savoury notes in the mixture which would have given this a bit more balance
