Colour 🌈 : Amber

Nose👃🏼 : Pear drops, vanilla fudge, red berries, rubber tyre, Heather and hay 

Taste 👅 : Sweet fruity ripe pears, vanilla toffee, chocolate nibs, floral and ginger spice

Finish 🏁 : Lingering ginger, cocoa powder, hints of ripe pear and black pepper

Thoughts 💭 : It’s a tasty one but not as great as I had hoped. It’s spicy, fruity and sweet with little licks of chocolate here and there. The flavours are similar to the Springbank local barley to the point I’m almost convinced it same liquid matured differently. In all though it is tasty and I certainly wouldn’t turn my nose up to it but I wouldn’t be spending a fortune at an auction for it either
