Nose👃🏼 : Green apples, grass, pineapple chunks, lemon peel, ripe pears, buttery toast and malt

Taste 👅 : Light and delicate, stone fruits, pineapple juice, honeyed malt and lightly buttered toast

Finish 🏁 : Black pepper spice, fruity compote, green apple peel and a dry oak

Thoughts 💭 : Great dram, very fruity and well rounded. It’s fairly light and smooth but has a little spice behind it giving it a little kick which isn’t expected at 40%. It’s an easy sipper and sure not to hit you too hard
