Nose👃🏼 : Cream soda, Pear drops, lemon sherbet, orange peel, stone fruits, hay, piña colada and Manuka honey

Taste 👅 : Smooth and creamy, Piña colada comes through, bounty bars, ripe pears, stone fruits, pineapple turnover, vanilla crown, barley sugar and chilli spice

Finish 🏁 : More cream, tropical fruit, orange zest and dry oak

Thoughts 💭 : It’s a fantastic dram and at Cask Strength. It’s similar to its younger sibling the 39 year old only there’s less smoky hints and more sweet and creamy notes instead. Would I pay £1200 for this, absolutely not, it’s definitely more for collecting as a rich person than buying to drink
