Taste 👅 : Brown sugar, rye, corn, chilli spice, nutmeg, dry oak, cinnamon and dusty dunnage

Finish 🏁 : More corn and spices with plenty of wood shavings

Thoughts 💭 : Admittedly I’m not a huge bourbon fan now days but this whiskey has made me realise that like any other whisky, it’s about the quality of the liquid and this one delivers. Lots of depth and complexity, it’s easy to see why this a popular bourbon
