Nose👃🏼 : Ripe banana, vanilla, caramel, floral, lavender and Heather honey

Taste 👅 : Brown Sugar, vanilla ice cream, floral, ripe banana and ginger spice

Finish 🏁 : lingering ginger and dry oak

Thoughts 💭 : Great bourbon with a good balance of flavours. It packs a bit of a punch at 53.5% abv giving it a little something more. I wouldn’t go paying silly money for it however, it’s one to enjoy at rrp but it’s not worth overpaying at auction.
