Nose👃🏼 : Lots of BBQ smoke, smoked kippers, red berries, chocolate, cinnamon and dried red berries

Taste 👅 : Cinnamon and chocolate meet sweet peat smoke, some bacon is chucked in the smoker and whilst you wait and explosion of cinnamon and ginger hit you

Finish 🏁 : Ginger spice lingers a while, some sea salt appears with smoky embers of oak

Thoughts 💭 : It’s a great peated dram from Kilchoman aged for 7 years, very well balanced the peat smoke appears here and there whilst taking turns with the PX as if the two fight to fill your palate. Exceptional!
