Colour 🌈 : Very Dark Copper Red

Nose👃🏼 : Roasted Coffee beans, dark chocolate,  roasted nuts, fruit cake, plumbs and cinnamon

Taste 👅 : Bitter dark chocolate, spiced figs, cinnamon spice, toffee pennies and sugar barley

Finish 🏁 : Cinnamon, chocolate covered raisins, root ginger and treacle

Thoughts 💭 : Very tasty, lots of sweet flavours in this one but is pretty smooth which feels unusual for something with such a heavy sherry influence. It’s just missing the intensity and spice that is brought with the higher abv typically. That being said, it’s still incredibly tasty and a real competitor to the likes of GlenDronach or GlenAllachie at the price range. It’s definitely one that is worth the money, if you like Sherry bombs then this is one you will enjoy.
