Nose👃🏼 : Fruity, orchard fruits, pineapples, red berries, milk chocolate, glacé cherries, cinnamon, demerara sugar and a hint of mocha

Taste 👅 : Lashings of chocolate caramel, floral notes, honey, cinnamon, spicy root ginger, a hint of fruit cake with custard and glacé cherries

Finish 🏁 : Cinnamon spice carries through, lots of hot chocolate, raisins and a dry oak

Thoughts 💭 : Interesting dram, it’s not miles away from the flavours you can expect to normally get from GlenAllachie only it has come from Virgin Spanish oak rather than ex sherry casks. Makes you wonder if there’s something in the spanish oak that’s giving those sweet and chocolatey flavours
