Taste 👅 : Caramel chocolate, Christmas cake, cinnamon spice, mocha and spicy ginger

Finish 🏁 : Ginger, cinnamon, cocoa nibs, glacé cherries and dry oak

Thoughts 💭 : Scallywag have come back with another chocolate edition and this time they’ve definitely hit the nail on the head with the taste profile. There’s heaps of chocolate in there and also a warm and pleasant spice with it. This was matured in both Pedro Ximenez and Oloroso sherry casks lending both chocolate and christmas cake flavours, exceptional stuff
