Taste 👅 : Irn Bru, pale ale, hops, apple cider, orange zest, bitter lemon and ginger spice

Finish 🏁 : More orange zest, bitter stout and dry oak

Thoughts 💭 : Fantastic dram, full of really interesting flavours and ones that pop out with a punch.
This is an American Single Malt from Seattle that ferments the wash at 21°C for seven days and then a further two weeks at 2°C
