Colour 🌈 : Copper Brown

Nose👃🏼 : Cherries, apricots, plumbs, stone fruits, vanilla toffee and apple crumble

Taste 👅 : Rubber Tyres briefly, then cherry cola, sawdust, charred oak, toffee apples, treacle and big heap of root ginger spice

Finish 🏁 : Some cracked black pepper, liquorice stick and more charred oak

Thoughts 💭 : This is a fantastic single malt from New Mexico, it has a huge kick and intense flavours. 30% of the malted barley is smoked with mesquite and imparts some fantastic flavours into the whisky making it pretty interesting stuff. This particular American single malt is inspired by Scotch whisky and certainly makes a good take on it but simultaneously making it its own delivering unique flavours that are sure to wow the senses
