Colour 🌈 : Light Caramel

Nose👃🏼 : Drizzled honey, sugar barley, earthy, root vegetables, lemon zest and buttery pastry. Deep down there’s a hint of cigar smoke

Taste 👅 : Lemon zest, mud covered carrots, buttered toast, orange slices, grapefruit and barley

Finish 🏁 : Fruity and sugar barley

Thoughts 💭 : A good dram and one I find myself perplexed by. It has the autumnal qualities I know the distillery aimed for but also strangely reminded me of opening a tin of old Christmas decorations and tinsel at the beginning of the Christmas season. Definitely feels like one to keep you company in cold November and early December evenings
