Colour 🌈 : Light Caramel

Nose👃🏼 : Super sweet fudge, vanilla cream, crumbly shortbread, earthy and hints of salt

Taste 👅 : Shortbread, sweet creamy fudge, brown sugar and carrots covered in mud

Finish 🏁 : Sweetness with a slight spicy kick

Thoughts 💭 : I was pleasantly surprised by this dram, it was incredibly flavoursome and moreish and reminded me of sucking tea through shortbread before consuming it and creamy fudge. A truly exquisite whisky that could only be topped if it was a bit more complex.
This one was matured in fours casks: American oak, French oak, virgin American oak and Vin Doux Naturel (naturally sweet wines)
