Nose👃🏼 : Dark Chocolate, fruit cake with vanilla custard, nuts, marzipan and a hint of mint and coffee

Taste 👅 : Dark chocolate, cocoa nibs, ginger spice, some more warm fruit cake and a little marzipan

Finish 🏁 : Lingering ginger heat with candied fruit peel soaked in sherry, milk chocolate comes as it settles with a little dry sherry

Thoughts 💭 : The Octaves never fail to deliver tasty drams and this is no exception. A fantastic dram delivering the usual Sherry flavours and bringing out unique notes from the distillery
