Colour 🌈 : Deep Caramel

Nose👃🏼 : Creamy milk chocolate, treacle toffee, manuka honey, orange peel, raisins, pineapple turnover and piña colada

Taste 👅 : Creamy vanilla ice cream, orange slices, brown sugar, buttered toast, oak spices and hints of coconut 

Finish 🏁 : Orange marmalade, porridge oats and dry oak

Thoughts 💭 : Tasty and sweet dram with a thick mouthfeel and layers of complexity. It’s not quite like the others, it’s been matured in oak casks avoiding the sherry influence making it very different.
