Colour 🌈 : Dark Burnt Copper

Nose👃🏼 : Beautiful, fruit cake with custard, lashings of dark chocolate, cherries, raisins, cashew nuts and dark treacle

Taste 👅 : Chocolate cake and custard along with fruit cake and treacle toffee. A little mocha is there with plenty of spicy cinnamon

Finish 🏁 : The cinnamon lingers along with mocha, cocoa nibs, candied fruit peel and dry oak

Thoughts 💭 : Fantastic dram, although I didn’t have any doubts that it would be. I’m a firm fan of Old Perth Cask Strength but this one is fantastic. Great flavours that really pop out thanks to that cask strength, beautifully complex and sweet. 
This really shows you what good blending and picking the best suiting
