Colour 🌈 : Light Gold

Nose👃🏼 : Creamy vanilla ice cream, buttery toast, honeyed malt, floral and citrus peel

Taste 👅 : Fruity notes of nectarines, creamy Malt and lots of vanilla toffee

Finish 🏁 : Vanilla lingers with hints of spicy black pepper, lemon zest and sweet runny honey. Some charred oak comes after a while.

Thoughts 💭 : Pretty damn good dram, very smooth and full of sweet flavours. A very easy sipper and great value for money! This is a new Irish whiskey on the market and well worth grabbing a bottle or two
