Nose👃🏼 : Light hay and lemongrass, heather, fruit peel, oat biscuits and mint leaves

Taste 👅 : Oat biscuits followed by warming spice that makes your lips fizzle. Further sips bring out deep caramel notes and hints of chocolate

Finish 🏁 : Tropical fruits and barley

Thoughts 💭 : A nice blend built from 60% “well-aged” malt and 40% grain Irish whiskeys. It’s an interesting dram but a current (03/2022) rrp of £99.95 seems rather high
