Taste 👅 : Spicy chilli heat, layers of sticky toffee pudding, orange peel and honey, buttery fudge

Finish 🏁 : Subtle peat that lingers

Thoughts 💭 : A nice little step up from the 10 year old. It actually smelled very much like the 10 year old however the flavour profile was surprising and delivered more complexity earning its extra cost, yet another beautiful whisky from Highland Park
