Nose👃🏼:  Sweet buttery popcorn, salted caramel, creamy fudge, citrus peel, subtle smoke, fruity notes of apricot jam

Taste 👅 : Fiery chilli heat with hints of smoke, creamy fudge, heathery tones, lemon peel

Finish 🏁 : Barley comes through with sweet fruity flavours

Thoughts 💭 : On the nose you know this is an HP brother but the taste gives it its individuality. Presumably the fiery heat at the beginning followed by a subtle smoke is why they put dragon in the name.
If you’re not a big fan of peat I wouldn’t worry, the smoke is very subtle. I was expecting slightly more smoke but nevertheless this is still another fine whisky from Highland Park!
