Colour 🌈 : Amber

Nose👃🏼 : Sweet Sherry, notes of cola, toffee, chocolate, brown sugar, hint of coffee just before drinking

Taste 👅 : Toffee with sherried fruit followed by sizzling spice, brown sugar and hints of chocolate

Finish 🏁 : Hints of burnt coffee and spices

Thoughts 💭: Lovely whisky, not miles off the 18 but the 18 definitely wins. Plenty of complexity in it but a little disappointed that this is no long non-chill filtered. Still though, it keeps it’s natural colour which I feel is more important
