Nose👃🏼 : Christmas Cake soaked in sherry with hints of cinnamon, sweet honey and melted brown sugar. A whiff of umbongo comes through whilst tilting the glass back
Taste 👅 : Muscovado sugar and cola, sherried fruits, coffee beans, raisins and small ginger spice
Finish 🏁 : Sweet runny honey, dates and hints of Sherry
Thoughts 💭 : Pleasantly smooth like other GA’s, this one delivers almost what feels like the bass flavours of some of its older siblings. An incredibly sippable dram, as ever, and one you could easily associate with Christmas!
