Colour 🌈 : Dark Copper Brown

Nose👃🏼 : Treacle, toffee, sherried candied peel, dark chocolate, raisins and nuts

Taste 👅 : Very warming and spicy, dark chocolate, fruit cake drenched in treacle and sherry

Finish 🏁 : Sherry soaked raisins, more dark chocolate and dry oak

Thoughts 💭 : Incredibly delightful and one to knock your socks off at 65.3% It delivers everything you would expect from The GlenAllachie but with intense flavours. If it’s too much you can always water it down a little. I done this and it still retains a lot of flavour but reduces the spice and heat from the dram.
Being matured for 15 years in a 1st fill sherry butt a lot of sherry flavours have been imparted into this and even a good dollop of water can’t take those flavours away.
