Nose👃🏼 : Huge notes of chocolate caramel, raisins, vanilla fudge, sherried fruit peel and treacle

Taste 👅 : Dark chocolate caramel follows through with a deep ginger spice and candied fruit peel. Vanilla fudge pops through with further sips and sweet treacle on top with hints of plumbs

Finish 🏁 : Sweet honey and hints of citrus zest leading into a dry sherry

Thoughts 💭 : Magnificent, Billy Walker never fails to deliver, I am only saddened to have only 1 bottle of this as upon tasting it I realised how I wish I had at least a backup one
