Colour 🌈: Bronze

Nose👃🏼: Irn Bru, ripe pears, plums, orange slices, cherry Bakewell and chocolate sponge cake

Taste 👅: Ripened pears, Black Forest gateau with vanilla ice cream, cocoa nibs and spicy cinnamon

Finish 🏁 : Lingering spice, cocoa chocolate, plum jam and a dry oak

Thoughts 💭: Pretty damn good dram from the English distillery although they have yet to fail on delivering. Admittedly somewhat close to my heart because I use to holiday near or in Filey every year as a child, it makes me even happier knowing that they deliver such quality whiskies and this one certainly hasn’t let them down
