Colour 🌈 : Caramel

Nose👃🏼 : Full of bold sweet flavours, treacle, butterscotch, fudge, honey, raisins, hints of chocolate 

Taste 👅 : Big hit of chocolate Orange followed by some big heat. Further sips reveal sultanas, and an emphasis on the chocolate

Finish 🏁 : Caramel comes through followed by oak and a bittersweet flavour

Thoughts 💭: Beautiful dram, a fairly typical taste for the age and finish in Sherry casks however mixing it around in 3 Sherry casks seems to have added some more interesting complexity to it
