Colour 🌈 : Caramel

Nose👃🏼 : Toffee apples, vanilla fudge, fruity notes of pear, pineapple and blackberries as well as earthly and floral

Taste 👅 : Jelly tots, sizzling ginger spice, cinder toffee, buttery shortbread, red berries and a hint of chocolate

Finish 🏁 : Spicy ginger cake, walnuts and a hint of glacé cherries

Thoughts 💭: Very fruity but also sweet and spicy, a wonderfully complex concoction and highly underrated whisky presumably because it’s an independent bottling that doesn’t flip well. The liquid however is gold and serves up some interesting flavours and packs quite a punch with it
