Nose👃🏼: Christmas Cake full of candied sherried fruit peel and glacé cherries covered in brandy sauce, Demerara sugar and topped with orange zest

Taste 👅: Dry sherried fruitcake meets the tongue along with treacle and ginger spice. Dark chocolate comes along bittersweet with a glacé cherry neatly on top

Finish 🏁 : Dry Sherry lingers with lots of fruity flavours in tow but very sweet and sherried fruits and the ginger spice fizzles in the background

Thoughts 💭: Lovely little dram with strong notes of Christmas in it, it packs a punch and despite the description can certainly be enjoyed all year round
