Nose👃🏼: Bananas toasted on a bbq, vanilla, smoky bacon, red berries and apple peel

Taste 👅: Sweet and savoury bbq smoke with smoked pulled pork, red apples and a hint of Victoria sponge

Finish 🏁 : Lingering smoke becomes more beach campfire with a salty sand taste and then hints of toasted oak and sweet vanilla pod

Thoughts 💭: A nice peated dram, fair amount of complexity and balance isn’t too bad. Lingers toward the maritime side of peats more than a fruity or meaty kind however it does still bring those flavours out
