Nose👃🏼: Peat smoke with layers of fudge underneath. Lemon drizzle cake is hidden amongst the smoke with red berries and smoked bacon. Some hints of motor oil, like picking your car up from the garage

Taste 👅 : Dry oak and smoky bacon. There’s a Black Forest gateau in there with emphasis on the berries. Chocolate salted caramel pops through every now and again and black pepper brings some heat to the mix

Finish 🏁 : Sandy beach campfire smoke and sea salt linger

Thoughts 💭 : Not as knock your socks off smoky as I thought it would be and indeed a pretty damn pleasant peated dram that offers very good complexity, there’s no wonder this is a favourite amongst many
