Colour 🌈 : Light Gold

Nose👃🏼 : Pure foam bananas, hints of cinnamon and vanilla lie behind

Taste 👅 : More foam bananas, over ripened and intense, there’s a sizzle of ginger spice in there and some brown sugar

Finish 🏁 : More bananas leading out to dry banana chips and a hint of oak

Thoughts 💭 : An incredibly banana filled spirit but whilst it packs a lot of sweet bananas it’s a little sickly to drink neat (like I did). I could see if working really well as a mixer in a cocktail. Toffee liqueur with it you’ve got banoffee add some chocolate liqueur you’ve got a chocolate banoffee pudding!
