Colour 🌈 : Light Gold

Nose👃🏼 : Caramel, honeyed barley, hay, grassy, pear drops, lemon peel and green apples

Taste 👅 : Delicate, honey and malt, ginger spice, ripe pears, hay and lemon

Finish 🏁 : Fruity finish with pears popping through more

Thoughts 💭 : A nice dram, doesn’t feel like you can do it justice in a review although whilst it is interesting and tasty I’m not sure what makes this a sellout Whisky. It is good but don’t pay over rrp at auction for it
