Colour 🌈 : Light Gold

Nose👃🏼 : Huge scents of fruit mixed with toffee, orange, plums, red berries and a fruit crumble

Taste 👅 : Good hit of smooth fruitiness followed with spicy chilli. Follow up sips reveal the sweet toffee flavours with hints of chocolate and buttery popcorn

Finish 🏁 : Toffee flavours develop in the finish followed by some spices and oak

Thoughts 💭 : Lovely whisky full of good complexity. As it’s an 8 year old the flavours aren’t quite as pronounced as they could be but this doesn’t stop it being an excellent whisky. Whilst I paid rrp I do think it should possibly be a little cheaper as the 12 is available around the same price
