Colour 🌈 : Dark Burnt Copper

Nose👃🏼 : Dark Chocolate, fruit cake with brandy butter and vanilla custard, nuts, roasted coffee, glacé cherries and a hint of mint 

Taste 👅 : Indulgent dark chocolate with caramel, mocha, cocoa nibs, fruit cake again with nuts, glacé cherries and raisins, a rich dry oak and ginger spice

Finish 🏁 : Dark chocolate lingers throughout and smooths out to more of a milk chocolate, sherried fruit peel comes along too and a dry oak that almost dries the mouth

Thoughts 💭 : Amazing, this is a hand filled whisky but what a dram it is, fantastic depth of character and so mind numbingly delicious! I could actually cry drinking it knowing that it’s all I have of it. A bottle of this is one to keep your eyes peeled for!
