Nose👃🏼 : Lots of fruitiness, pear drops, stone fruits, lemon peel, pineapple turnover, vanilla toffee and honey

Taste 👅 : Pear drops, stone fruits, chocolate caramel, vanilla toffee and stem ginger

Finish 🏁 : Lingering ginger, more fruitiness from ripened pears and nectarines

Thoughts 💭 : Virtually the same as Chapter 2 and 3, am I missing something here?  More flavour behind it and more sweetness of course and also some more spice too despite dropping in abv
