Colour 🌈 : Caramel

Nose👃🏼 : Vanilla Toffee, chocolate, cinnamon, mint leaves and a hint of wood varnish

Taste 👅 : Fruity, nectarines, oranges, plums, bananas and toffee with some chocolate pulling through

Finish 🏁 : A hint of ginger spice, more fruity compote and a slight charred oak

Thoughts 💭 : A very interesting dram both the nose and taste deliver a good amount of complexity. Although this bottle was at 40% they now bottle this at 43% abv
