Colour 🌈 : Caramel

Nose👃🏼 : Lots of Malt, pear drops, green apples, a touch of chocolate and a hint of smoke

Taste 👅 : Pear drops, charred oak, honeyed malt, pineapple and ginger spice

Finish 🏁 : Lingering ginger spice, ripe pears and subtle smoky oak embers

Thoughts 💭 : Pretty nice dram to be honest, apparently Burnside is the Balvenie teaspooned with Glenfiddich to make a blended malt. I’ve not seen many around to be honest. Do you know much about Burnside? Own a bottle? Let me know in the comments
