Colour 🌈 : Caramel

Nose👃🏼 : Fruity, apples, bananas, some pear drops, cloves and chocolate

Taste 👅 : Jelly fruits, jelly tots, red apples, orange zest, mocha and some ginger spice

Finish 🏁 : Spice lingering only a moment and leads to honey and more sweet fruits

Thoughts 💭 : Not a bad dram but I was hoping for a little more, it doesn’t feel like this has been left in the sherry casks nearly long enough and it’s a shame as it could benefit from some extra Sherry flavours. It could also be down to the dilution that takes it to 40%, perhaps if it was left at 46% we’d have a little more from this
