Colour 🌈 : Light Gold

Nose👃🏼 : Buttered toast, vanilla pod, hay, sugar barley and red apple peel

Taste 👅 : Apple crumble with vanilla custard, peaches, sugar barley and black pepper spice

Finish 🏁 : Lingering black pepper, more fruits including lots of apple peels, orange zest and peaches

Thoughts 💭 : An interesting Aberlour although not miles away from the 12 it has a bit of a twist to it and is sweetened up by the America oak which packs a little spice with it too. It’s nice to see another Aberlour non chill filtered and this arguably is felt in the creamy mouthfeel
