Colour 🌈: Caramel
Nose👃🏼: Pear drops, Orange peel, sherbet and nuts
Taste 👅: Sherbet with lemon peel and plenty of pears. Hints of juicy nectarines
Finish 🏁 : Fruity finish with a dry red wine in tow
Thoughts 💭: A nice dram, reminds me a little of a Brenne whisky but more fruity than sweet. I was hoping for a bit more complexity and fun flavours with it being matured in 7 different barrels but that didn’t quite come through
