Colour 🌈: Caramel

Nose👃🏼: Sweet honey, caramel and lemon drizzle cake with red apple peel and brown sugar in tow

Taste 👅: Sweet malt, tropical fruits, ginger spice, cinnamon and a small hint of smoke. Toffee comes through after a while

Finish 🏁 : Pepper spice and a dry oak

Thoughts 💭: This is a good dram, the nose is great on it, the taste doesn’t deliver instantly but it certainly develops and begins to open up making it a nice little sipper to enjoy in good quantity. The spice from this is clearly a character taken from the rye that makes this feel more than 40%
