Nose👃🏼 : Lots of peat, burnt rubber tyres, red berries, smoky bacon, medicinal and a salty sea breeze

Taste 👅 : Musty Earth, beach bbq smoke, hints of dark chocolate and spicy stem ginger

Finish 🏁 : Beach campfire smoke lingers with smoky bacon bites and cracked sea salt

Thoughts 💭 : Nice peaty dram, surprisingly more savoury than I’d expect a Sherry bomb to be but still delightful and good for peat fans
