Nose👃🏼: Honey, lemon curd, hay and hints of vanilla. Candy floss pops through later

Taste 👅: Malty with a hit of heat from black pepper spice. Sea salt comes through with some hay and light honey

Finish 🏁 : Black pepper lingers with barley and sea salt

Thoughts 💭: Not a bad dram for a 10 year old. Some sweet flavours mixed in with with salty savoury
