Nose👃🏼: Oak, furniture Polish, red berries, smokey embers, rye and spices

Taste 👅: Spicy, car tyre, creamy with red berry jam, honeyed rye and spicy corn

Finish 🏁 : Fruity with smokey rubber, black pepper, vanilla and burnt oak

Thoughts 💭: It probably doesn’t sound as nice as it tastes, it is a tasty dram with very interesting flavours. The smoke isn’t overwhelming nor is it subtle but sits a little in the middle. Lots of fruity and sweet flavours balanced with some quite savoury ones and a little spicyness to add to the mix
