Colour 🌈: Dark Amber

Nose👃🏼: Brown Sugar, rye, vanilla sponge cake, custard doughnut, sherry, coffee and orange peel with hints of dry red wine

Taste 👅: Madeira cake, cherries that lead to a fruity fizzle brought on by ginger spice and quickly followed by treacle. Further sips spring out the usual chocolate caramel flavours along with raspberries

Finish 🏁 : Cherry cola that leads to a dry dusty oak

Thoughts 💭: A very interesting dram and one that surprised me for being quite complex for such a young age but I suspect the fluctuating temperatures in which it was aged has lead this 5 year old to have the paper round of a 12 year old.
Definitely worth a try if you want to experience something different, a great dram!
