Colour 🌈: Dark Burnt Copper

Nose👃🏼: Bitter dark chocolate, espresso coffee, cinnamon, Christmas pudding, charred oak and hints of a poached pear

Taste 👅: Intensely spicy cinnamon and ginger, a warm Christmas pudding drenched in alcohol, glacé cherries, dates, poached pear and bitter dark chocolate

Finish 🏁 : The bitterness lingers, more now like mocha before some candied fruit peel and a dry oak. Occasional hints of mint like night nurse and very slight charred oak.

Thoughts 💭: To start with I feel privileged and lucky to have even had the opportunity to try this unicorn. What a dram it is, Springbank meeting PX at cask strength, it was always going to be an interesting one and it did not disappoint.
